Upon arrival, I was greeted by an exceptional receptionist who promptly arranged transportation for my group, showcasing the hotel's attentiveness to guest needs. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean and provided a stunning view of the surrounding countryside, essential for a restful night before embarking on our Camino journey. The new restaurant impressed with beautifully presented dishes that were both delicious and reasonably priced, making our dining experience enjoyable without breaking the bank. At just €6 for a continental breakfast, it offered great value considering the quality provided. The hotel's central location is another notable advantage, mere minutes from the train station and the charming village. Equipped with free Wi-Fi and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, Itzalpea doesn't compromise on comfort. For those seeking an efficient and pleasant stay, this hotel strikes an excellent balance between luxury and cost, making it a wise choice for travelers.
